THE CONCEPT

Wangmajcha

Wang Majcha is the culmination of Interior Designer Chantaka Puranananda's refined career and family heritage. It also embodies elements of history, Buddhism, mythology, Thai culture and community spirit. All of Chantaka's incredible experience around the globe working on a plethora of various types of projects has given him the inspiration and expertise to conceive and execute the creation of the one of a kind development that Wang Majcha is, both in luxurious material and rarefied concept.

Being built on land that has been in his family for over a century, this great work is very close to his heart as it also encapsulates his respect for his ancestor's accomplishments both national and familial. It is a privilege to write the next chapter in this special property's history and to be part of it is akin to looking after part of Thailand's rich cultural heritage for future generations to come.

An added positive spiritual ingredient, which is ever important all over the region, is that this new home on ancient Siamese territory has been given the blessing of one of Thailand's most benevolent and revered Abbots, Luang Por Preecha of Wat Itti Sukato.
